Today's post is about the Art journal spread I have created for June-More Than Words Challenge.
Theme for this month is Father & Steampunk.
To create the page
firstly have applied gesso on page then have cut random pcs of cardstocks and stuck at the centre of the page .
Stencilling was done using kaisercraft stencils and liquitex light modelling paste.
Later have taken a heart shape die cut and have stuck layers of gears die cuts on that & also at the sides of the heart. ( sizzix gears die was used )
Have also stuck sisal fibres under the heart shape die cut.
I have also incorporated metal embellishments colored with vintaj patina color. Some number Die cuts at the edges.
For coloring I have used Water Soluble Prima Pastels and Lindy's sprays , Prima Rust Pastes .
I have also adhered some washi tape at the edges, have used prima & kaisercraft stamps for stamping .
Have stuck Happy Father's Day Sentiment on the Heart and have added Prima Gold Glitter around the gears die cuts.
